Proven 2-3 years of work experience as an HR Executive OD or OD Specialist or similar role with Solid communication skills in IT industry
Familiarity with Human Resources Management and Organization Development Practices
Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Assisting in the planning of company events and marketing them on social media
Overall reviewing the company’s processes and give input wherever required
Enhance and Maintain Company’s image in industry and market
Coordinating new hire orientations.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
