Pyramids Global (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a talented and motivated individual for the post of Recruitment Specialist for the HR Department. The ideal candidate should have to be at least HR Graduate with at least 2 years of experience.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Write and post detailed technical job descriptions on various job platforms to attract the right candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for technical roles.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to gauge applicants' technical abilities, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews using diverse methods including behavioral, technical, and competency-based evaluations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams or department leads when conducting specialized interviews.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates highlighting current job openings, ensuring messaging aligns with the company's brand and values.
  • Assess candidates based on technical knowledge, role-specific skills, soft skills, overall experience, and aptitude.
  • Coordinate with hiring teams to gather post-interview feedback to determine candidate suitability.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources, training, and introductions to integrate fully into the company.
  • Maintain records of all candidates and their hiring stages, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Monitor and utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in tech recruitment to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Understand the competitive landscape in the tech industry, including salary benchmarks and talent availability.

 Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including using recruiting and social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation relevant to the recruiting process will be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
