Front Desk Receptionist Brief Job Responsibilities:

• To Greet and welcome guests /clients/visitors professionally and warmly.

• To provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/emails

• To plan and reserve the meeting rooms for the Executive Meetings

• To maintain the record of all incoming & outgoing mails/couriers

• To keep the record filling and document control system as user-friendly as possible.

• To keep the reception area clean and organized
