We are hiring a young and self motivated candidate for a design (civil works) project at our Karachi office in Clifton.
The ideal candidate should be well versed of Accounting/Finance related to construction industry, candidate with 3 year plus relevant experince will be preferred.
Experience of working on Quickbooks, that includes positng all types of transactions.
Prepare vouchers and assign entries to proper accounts in Quickbooks.
Ensure all vouchers have verifiable supporting documents through relevant Department's Manager.
Manage Petty Cash and Cash on hand and reconcile on daily basis.
Make timely payments for Sales Tax and Income Tax deductions at source.
Managing Account receivable and payables.
Regular and timely reporting to Line Manager at Head Office.
Working on the monthly payroll through approval of relavnt Departments Head.
