Continuously update and improve manufacturing procedures and processes
Plan and design process engineering of all jobs and distribute workload among sub-ordinates.
Responsible for leading all activities of designing of jigs and fixtures
Responsible to provide CAD services to maintenance department and liaison with Team lead Maintenance for on-time generation of drawings required by maintenance department.
Responsible for troubleshooting with CAD/CAM engineer in CNC programme development, implementation and optimization
Plan and execute trainings for the tooling engineer on tool selection and tool room management.
Ensure development of Machining and Quality (M&Q) processes
Critically analyze the M&Q, tooling and CAD/CAM activities and make continuous improvements
