We are looking for someone to join us in our office for work in the customer service department
Below is the job description:
- Check the Status of dispatched Parcels
- Coordinate with Customers if parcels are not delivered on the first attempt
- Coordinate with the courier company for delivery updates
- Send emails and follow up with courier company representatives
- Reporting to management regarding parcels dispatched vs parcels delivered
- Suggesting methods and ways to improve the delivery ratio
This job pays a fixed salary plus a decent bonus if you hit the required targets.
