We are a US based online store and looking for E-Commerce Officer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Including social media marketing, search engine marketing, referral marketing, email marketing, content marketing, client communication and any other digital marketing related function.
The candidate should have a high degree of energy, commitment, initiative and enthusiasm along with a thirst for knowledge in the internet and traditional marketing arena.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and improving them with changing market trends.
· Managing social media channels of the brand and identifying additional social channels for brand to interact with its target audience.
· Monitoring website analytics and improving the website as per analytics feedback and findings.
· Executing and Managing PPC and Retargeting campaigns for brands.
· Publish the right content for brand’s blog, website and social media channels.
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
· Create and manage complete social media marketing campaign to achieve maximum engagement and traffic.
· Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
· Forecasting and Inventory Management – Work with our Sales & procurement teams to design plans to maximize sales of slow-selling items and increase profit on the top-sellers.
· Customer Reviews – Publish and Market positive customer reviews on all search and social channels. Also help sales team in resolving and reducing negative reviews.
Required:
· Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Office.
· Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
