Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Projects

The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Projects plays a pivotal role at Qarshi Industries Pvt Ltd., overseeing project management activities that align with company objectives. This position focuses on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the established quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in engineering, specifically in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines, and boasts relevant experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. It necessitates robust stakeholder management skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with various departments to drive project success. The individual will utilize their expertise in AutoCAD and MS Project to produce high-quality project plans and activities. Moreover, proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis will be essential for maintaining project viability and resource allocation.

In this role, the Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Projects will also conduct regular project reviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of the project's progress, and potential risks are identified and mitigated promptly. Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent communication skills will enable this individual to present findings effectively and facilitate decision-making processes. Responsibilities

Oversee project planning, execution, and closure to ensure alignment with company goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Conduct financial analysis to track project performance and address any variances against the budget.
Utilize AutoCAD and MS Project for creating detailed project designs and schedules.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avert disruptions.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular project updates and gather essential feedback.
Perform project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met timely and effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in meetings with various stakeholders, facilitating discussions about project progress and requirements.

Education & Experience Required:

B.Sc. Engineering in (Electrical or Mechanical).
03-05 Years relevant experience, preferably in FMCG Sector
Maximum 40 years of age
