We're looking for a charismatic and results-driven On-Site Salesman to work at our store location. As the face of our brand, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, respond to inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement
- Maintain store displays, merchandise, and inventory
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience
- Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and store maintenance
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the book or stationery industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
- Fluency in local languages (if applicable)
