We are looking for a talented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at QS Global. As a leading estimation company, we are committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients, and effective email marketing plays a crucial role in reaching and engaging our target audience. We are seeking an individual with a passion for digital marketing and a track record of driving results through email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our estimation services, generate leads, and nurture client relationships.

2. Create compelling and engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals, to capture the attention of recipients and drive action.

3. Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant criteria to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.

4. Manage the email marketing calendar and schedule campaigns for optimal delivery timing and performance.

5. Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.

6. A/B test various elements of email campaigns, such as subject lines, content, and calls-to-action, to improve performance and engagement.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and improve our email marketing strategy.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align email marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.

9. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and maintain a high standard of email deliverability and sender reputation.

10. Provide regular reports and insights to management on the performance of email marketing campaigns and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of email best practices, metrics, and tools (e.g., email automation platforms, analytics software).

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and effective email content.

4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

7. Experience with HTML/CSS and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) is a plus.

8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
