  • Supervise, plan, and coordinate traffic and crowd control for Forum Mall.
  • Supervise daily workflow, schedules, activities, and assignments of security staff.
  • Participate in evaluating staff performance; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.
  • Prepare and conduct training for new hires and current staff on a variety of security topics.
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training security staff.
  • Investigate loss events and compile data for accurate reporting.

 Perform regular walk-throughs and security inspections of Mall and offices building.
