Responsible for designing database of candidates and potential employers, cross-match skills of candidates with relevant industry/employers, analyze and manage data of candidates and potential employers for use by the Placement Team, design and manage orientation courses for candidates etc. Reportable to – Project Team Leader. Minimum experience – 5-8 years. Prior research experience in HR development/vocational trainings etc is required.
Candidates with demonstrated experience in HR/job placement work with strong flair for marketing and networking with employer groups and organizations through which such placement can be enabled are required. Knowledge of technology platform through which such placements can be enabled is a major advantage in being considered for employment. These are Lahore based positions. Maximum age limit is 45 years. Minimum qualification required is MBA/M. Com/Masters in HR/Masters in Public Relations etc. prior experience with TSPs (Training Service Providers) would be an advantage.
