Responsibilities:

Involved in recruitment (technical and non-technical) by preparing job descriptions, Headhunting, posting ads on job portals and managing the hiring process
Lead the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
Preparing correspondences to forward to management regarding of suitable applicants and drafting email.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Requirements:

Masters in HR with minimum 3 years of experience.
Expertise in HR Operations and Payroll Management.
Candidate must have excellent practical exposure of MS Tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Retail background will be a plus for this position.
Practical exposure of Recruitment & Selection in an effective & efficient manner.
