Production Manager

Rabbit And Carrot – Animation Agency based in Dubai with branch office in Karachi is looking for Sr. Production Manager for International clients who have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in similar capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assign tasks to Designers and Animators and make sure that daily tasks are delivered on time.

· Project manager will be a medium of communication with clients. He will be solely responsible for all clients communication.

· S/he will be responsible to handle all clients and able to work under pressure. Must have good interpersonal and multi tasking skills

· S/he must be able to work during After noon shifts (12pm to 9pm)

· Candidate must be able to create timeline for all the projects based on client requirements and s/he will be responsible to deliver the task.

· Production Manager must have experience in video editing including adding voiceover to videos, adding background music, sound effects etc and make minor changes in animation if needed via After Effect.

Skills & Specification:

· At least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.

· Must have expertise in After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

· Must be Fluent in English both written and spoken language.

· Able to work under pressure

· Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

· Experience in local market will be added an advantage.
