Check the shrinkage of fabric & adjust patterns as per shrinkage
Check Patterns & fabric shrinkage before Cutting.
Run the samplings depart & follow up the all kinds of samplings
Study Client files, details & requirements
Study & Review Client Comment on approvals
Arrange Pre-Production Meetings
Coordinate with Merchandisers and production regarding customer requirements
Recommended technical/Sewing techniques to production staff during in line reviews if and when needed
Conduct Pre-Final & Final inspections if needed
Check Samples from approval to Shipment Samples
Ready to take other assignments related to sampling department
Any other work assigned by the management
