RIC is a leading group of companies having diversified businesses. RIC group has stakes/subsidiary companies engaged in innovative products, real estate development, commodity trading, import/export in local and international and fertilizer marketing. Group is expanding its real estate business and we have acquired/purchased open plots/commercial buildings at strategic locations of Multan. We will transform them into a stat of art business centers/bazzars.

Our first project duly approved by Multan Development Authority, is "The Grand Bazzar". The Grand Bazzar will be southern Punjab one of the largest commercial bazzar in the heart of Multan town. This state of art commercial center will have latest recreation facilities. The project has a covered area of 300,000 sq.ft-covered area. Estimated project value is around Rs.3 billion. The project will be having more than 400 shops and will be completed in three years span.

The Grand Bazzar will be serving around 2-3 million people residing in its surrounding areas. A leading architect of Pakistan, with special emphasis on pleasant shopping experience, has developed construction plans. State of art building design and entertainment activities will make The Grand Bazar a leisure shopping experience,

The CRE will facilitate customers for processing their applications, installment payments and other sales purchase related matters.
Guide the walk in customers regarding project features.
Over all coordinate human resource related matters of project team.
