Receives incoming pharmaceutical items and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
Preparing purchase orders for Pharmaceutical items.
Prepare the expired item list periodically for audit to take action.
Monitor warehouse stocks and supplies.
Arrange and check delivery schedule.
Prepare memos and inventory report.
Maintain accuracy of inventory records.
Coordinates with other division regarding delivery and pick-up schedule.
Reviews and calculate in-coming and out-going orders.
Coordinate and reconcile with other department.
Oversees the work of the warehouse personnel.
Filing of records &other documentations
Attends meetings as required
Other tasks as assigned
