  • Create import/export documentation.
  • Assist freight forwarders and customs brokers with import and export issues associated with all shipments
  •  Shipment, Goods issue, shipment costs, goods receipt, create / update vendors, routes, purchase orders, shopping carts and other relevant transactions.
  • Arrange, book, and confirm space on flights, freight, cargo, and other transportation methods.
  • Process and ensure accuracy of customs documentation.
  • Review of freight invoices to ensure rates are correct.
  •  Track, trace and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to all the Company’s warehouses.
  • Follow-up with carriers, manage pre-alerts daily, and maintain record of all communications in files.
  • ·Inform supervisor of problems and irregularities.
  • Determines best methods for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction; thereby retaining existing business and attracting new business.
  • Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution.
  •  Act as main point of contact and resolve discrepancies and/or inaccuracies related to invoicing from import brokers, export forwarders, ocean carriers, and drayage carriers to ensure timely payment.
  •  Any other task assigned by the Management.

 Full time Job:

salary QAR 4,000/-
