Job Duties and Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Installing different OS platform such as Linux, Ubuntu, and Microsoft windows
Monitor and analyze electrical systems and ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
Troubleshooting of LAN and WLAN issues.
Perform cable management and dressing of IT Rack
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Establishing good relationships with all departments and Users.
Collaborate with other teams and engineers to determine the best placement of electrical/Ethernet wiring and equipment.
Repair broken equipment and wiring/circuit
Perform maintenance of electrical/computer/networking systems
Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
Perform general electrical maintenance.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Computer Science or relevant field
Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft, IT Professional)
2+ years’ experience in electronic/computer systems and maintenance.
Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
In depth understanding of diverse Electrical systems and networking system
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
