We only need creative designers to create logos that will be loved by our clients and they should be relevant to their business.
You should understand client requirements for their logo in order to meet their needs at the first attempt. And one more thing,
Design Business/Brand identity (cards, envelopes, letterhead).

Requirements

Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
