Technical Writer - Software Development Division (AI & Emerging Technologies, Diagrams & Wireframes) Rapidtack Lahore, Pakistan

Rapidtack is seeking an expert Technical Writer with a strong background in AI and emerging technologies to join our Software Development Division in Lahore, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will possess a master`s degree in a relevant field and have significant experience in software development documentation, enabling them to produce high-quality, clear, and concise materials that effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.The candidate should also be skilled in creating software and database design diagrams and wireframes to visually represent system architecture and user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with software development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather the necessary information for creating comprehensive technical documentation for AI-driven and cutting-edge technology projects, such as recruitment and relationship platforms.

2. Develop and maintain software documentation, including user guides, API references, release notes, installation guides, and other materials as required.

3. Create software and database design diagrams, such as UML diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, and flowcharts, to visually represent system architecture, data models, and workflows.

4. Design and develop wireframes for user interfaces, ensuring usability and adherence to design guidelines.

5. Ensure that documentation and visual materials are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to established standards and style guidelines.

6. Translate complex technical concepts and information into easy-to-understand language for a variety of audiences.

7. Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

8. Review and edit documentation and visual materials produced by other team members, providing constructive feedback to improve clarity and effectiveness.

9. Continuously improve documentation processes and practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in AI, software development, and technical writing.

Requirements:

1. Master`s degree in technical writing, computer science, software engineering, AI, or arelated field.

2. At least 5-7 years of experience as a technical writer, specifically within the software development industry, with a focus on AI and emerging technologies

3. Strong understanding of software development concepts, methodologies, and technologies, particularly in AI and related fields.

4. Proficiency in creating software and database design diagrams using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software.

5. Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.

7. Proficiency in using documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker,MadCap Flare, or similar software.

8. Familiarity with markup languages (HTML, XML, Markdown) and experience working with documentation management systems.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects andpriorities effectively.
