Create comprehensive sales plans and strategies to penetrate the aftermarket segment, identifying key opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.

Build and maintain relationships with existing aftermarket customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new clients within the industry.

Develop a thorough understanding of air compressor products, parts, and services offered by the company, including technical specifications and applications, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the air compressor aftermarket sector, providing insights to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of the company's aftermarket offerings, effectively persuading customers to make purchasing decisions.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to secure sales orders and agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, analyzing data to track progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure alignment of aftermarket sales strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Provide exceptional customer support and post-sales service to aftermarket clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
