Develop and implement a comprehensive resource mobilization strategy to support the organization's mission and goals.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and secure financial support for the organization.
Research and identify funding opportunities from corporations, and individual donors.
Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals, funding applications, and donor reports, ensuring compliance with funder requirements and deadlines.
Collaborate with program managers and other team members to gather information and data necessary for proposal development and reporting.
Develop and maintain a donor database, tracking interactions, funding history, and potential opportunities.
Plan and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage donors and raise funds for the organization.
Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and regulations in resource mobilization and fundraising, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resource mobilization activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Proven experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or grant writing, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
Demonstrated success in securing funding from diverse sources, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire potential donors and partners.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using fundraising software, donor databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of ethical fundraising practices, donor stewardship, and grant management.
Passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to social impact.
