We are Real Estate Marketing company in Islamabad, and looking for a trust worthy, competent and energetic Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promoting the Real Estate Projects and increasing their sales.
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's Sales goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Efficient follow-up over existing and all targeted clients to derive the sales goals.
Meet working parameters & Business ethics set by the company.
Meeting monthly targets determined by the company.
Meet Sales target assigned by management for monthly / quarterly / annually.

REQUIREMENTS

A min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Min 2-3 years experience in sales of Real Estate marketing in reputed companies
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
