The candidate must possess:

Strong Persuasive and analytical skills are required for effective and in time decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Head hunting and posting on different job portals.
• Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization and Motivation• Responsible for Performance Management• Responsible for Payroll management
• A very good understanding on developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes
• Responsible for Employee Engagement and motivation, building their Morales through events and entertainment
