Implement of system coverage, distributor recording and reporting as per company’s requirement.
Daily feedback report regarding activities and position to National Sales Manager
Monitoring promotional activates for the brands in the market.
Suggestions for consumer promotions and trade offer for the trade in the assigned area.
Submission of daily & weekly sales and market analysis report of the area to National Sales Manager
Performance analysis and reporting of sales and distributor on daily weekly and monthly basis and suggestions for improvements.
Identification of new POC’s and areas to be taken on coverage.
