We are hiring a female IT Support Coordinator who is fluent in English and passionate about technology. This role involves providing basic IT support, coordinating technical tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between users and the IT team. No prior experience is necessary—we are looking for a fast learner with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle IT-related queries and support tickets (hardware, software, internet issues)
Communicate clearly and effectively with users in English
Maintain records of IT assets and support requests
Assist in setting up systems and accounts for new users
Coordinate with internal teams for troubleshooting and support
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Fluent in spoken and written English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
Good organizational and communication skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred:
Basic understanding of IT systems or willingness to be trained
Familiarity with any helpdesk or ticketing tool (a plus, not required)
