We are looking to hire a Junior Human Resource Manager / Talent Acquisition Expert to help us in achieving growth.
The potential candidate will be supporting us in the overall recruitment process, managing payroll, conducting employee engagement activities, conducting training and other HR-related practices.
- Responsible for sourcing, shortlisting and scheduling Interviews.
- Maintain all Interviewed and shortlisted applicants’ data in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
- Conduct new employee’s orientation and complete other joining formalities help in arrange recruitment campaigns and developing Manpower planning strategies.
- Interested in testing and giving feedback regarding the projects.
- Job postings on different career portals and social media.
- Managing social media accounts.
- Keeping an applicant pool always ready for quick hiring.
- Responsible for payroll management.
- Responsible for employee engagement/management.
- Keen to learn about IT-related technologies and workflow.
Qualification & Experience:
- 0 to 1 years experience in HR Operations & Recruitment functions on officer/executive level.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong verbal and written English communications skills
- People who are interested in Technologies will be preferred.
