Royal Solar Energy is looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager – Trade to lead and grow trade sales operations in Lahore and nearby areas. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in channel sales, managing distributor and dealer networks, and a deep understanding of trade market dynamics. This role requires strategic planning to develop and execute effective sales strategies, manage trade partnerships, and consistently drive revenue growth and market share expansion. The position calls for a hands-on leader who can work collaboratively across departments and maintain strong, lasting relationships with trade partners to ensure sustained success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee trade sales operations within the Lahore region, focusing on distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade channel partners to encourage loyalty and long-term cooperation.
- Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits, partner meetings, and promotional activities to strengthen trade engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as supply chain, marketing, and product management to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Provide training and support to sales staff and channel partners on product knowledge, pricing strategies, and effective sales techniques.
- Ensure brand visibility by overseeing the proper implementation of in-store branding and promotional campaigns across trade outlets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in trade sales, preferably within the solar, electronics, energy, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of channel management, trade dynamics, and dealer/distributor networks.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and manage extensive trade territories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region to support market development activities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs70,000 to Rs80,000.
