You will play a crucial role in our projects, focusing on structural drawings and rebar detailing. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed structural drawings and rebar detailing using AutoCAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

2. Interpret and convert engineers’ and architects’ sketches and preliminary drawings into comprehensive working drawings.

3. Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies in design documents.

4. Implement revisions and updates to drawings as required by project changes and feedback from the construction site.

5. Participate in project meetings and provide insights from a drafting perspective to ensure project alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years in the industry with 2+ years as an AutoCAD Detailer/Drafter in structural and rebar detailing.

2. Proficient in AutoCAD; Experience with other drafting software such as MicroStation, Tekla, and REVIT is a plus.

3. Strong understanding of rebar detailing practices & Knowledge of building codes and standards relevant to structural design and construction.

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

5. Working on International projects specifically for USA is highly valued.
