Do you have a passion for architecture and a knack for bringing designs to life?

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in the design process by creating stunning and realistic 3D visualizations of our architectural projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings of architectural projects from concept sketches and drawings.
Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visuals.
Translate architectural plans, elevations, and sketches into photorealistic 3D models.
Prepare presentations and marketing materials featuring 3D visualizations.
Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization software.
Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas
Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer or related field.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Vray or corona, lumion or D5 blender and Unreal Engine is a plus.
Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and concepts.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality visuals.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and material properties
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
