We're seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our growing team! You'll play a key role in supporting our projects from concept design to construction documents, working alongside architects and engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop innovative and functional design solutions.
- Create high-quality architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, landscapes) using multiple software.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and design skills with the ability to develop and implement a design concept from preliminary studies through to construction documentation and detailing.
- Assist with 3D modeling to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations.
- Prepare design presentations and proposals for clients.
- Maintain project documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a successful architectural Designer.
- Strong understanding of design principles both interior and exterior, space planning, and color theory.
- Outstanding knowledge of 3D modeling in rhinoceros plus grasshopper.
- Proficiency in design software (3Ds MAX, Revit, cinema 4D, blender).
- Knowledge of rendering software such as Unreal engine and D5
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
