Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative research studies, including data collection, analysis, and visualization to inform policy recommendations.
Collaborate with senior researchers to author policy briefs, working papers, and articles, ensuring content is accessible, accurate, and actionable.
Contribute to the development and delivery of training modules and participate in capacity-building activities for a diverse range of stakeholders.
Support project management tasks to ensure research projects are delivered on time and within scope, including planning, organizing, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
Engage with social media and conventional media outreach efforts, helping to communicate our research findings and policy recommendations to a broader audience.
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze data and texts, drawing meaningful inferences that support our research goals.
Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and effectiveness in communication.

Qualifications:

Minimum 16 years of education in economics, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and analyze complex information.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and well-structured content.
Basic understanding of research methodologies and statistical tools.
Proficiency in project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Passionate about contributing to policy and action research that drives societal progress.
