· Design, co-ordinate and deliver qualitative and/or quantitative research projects across GCC
· Proactively manage each stage of the end-to-end research process
· Experience in writing project winning proposal
· Fully capable to manage any type of research assignments from start till project finalization of the research project.
· Strong questionnaire design skills, and the confidence to manage complex research design
· Deep experience of data visualization, and outstanding ability in explaining complex things in a simple, accessible way - both verbally and visually
· Strong skills using research analytics tools e.g. SPSS, Q and Data Analysis package
· Client and commercial mindset, with a proven sales track record
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
· Energetic self-starter, who will work with minimal supervision and a great deal of flexibility
· Ability to prioritize effectively and see multiple projects to a successful conclusion
Experience
· Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, selling and delivering qualitative and/or quantitative custom research projects in a research agency
