Responsibilities:
- Daily Morning meeting at distribution as per itinerary.
- Meeting with regional clients and share minutes with PM.
- Market visit on daily basis and submit reports.
- Share reporting on daily basis on Regional and National WhatsApp groups.
- Dashboard monitoring on daily basis.
- Backcheck 3 merchandisers daily in the market and cover 2-4 shops each.
- Analyzing PJP Rationalization & Suggesting changes backed by market reports.
- Maintain good relationship with sales and distribution team.
- Manage all Merchandiser related issues (RL Head Office).
Qualification and Skills:
- Leadership
- Team Assessment & Analyzing Training Needs
- Developing Performance Improvements & Training Plans for Supervisors and Merchandisers
- Leading from the front
- Bachelors Degree
