Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via chat to provide support and assistance.
Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize chat interactions to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue
.Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Previous experience in customer support and/or sales preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales techniques is advantageous.
The requirement is to have good spoken and written English.
Can work in Evenings and night.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
