Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment process by identifying candidates conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Share monthly fluctuations with the insurance company
Provide monthly analysis of insurance data to the HOD
Generate reports of insurance client wise
Make dashboard on monthly basis for each client
Responsible to coordinate for insurance reimbursement claims
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may have

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as an HR Generalist of at least 2 to 3 years
Outstanding knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS systems will be a plus
Humble and composed personality with positive energy
Excellent communication skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
BBA/MBA in HR
