Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Manage active directory and set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
Resolve Microsoft Windows 10 issues generated via Support ticket management system.
Provide Proper resolution of User Level Issues Windows Profile Issue, windows repair user backup restoration.
Support office staff or remote site staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or remotely to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Prioritize and manage many open support tickets/Emails at one time.
Manage meeting and conference rooms and handle day to day meetings.
Documentation and inventory management.

Technical Support Requirements:

1-3 years of relevant experience with general deskside support and physical Desktop PC installations.
Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS.
Good Knowledge of technologies like Microsoft, Cisco, and Virtualization.
Sound knowledge on IP addressing schemes, Domain, AD, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
Working as part of a team and operating in a fast-paced General Shifts
Good written and verbal communication.
