Experience:
Fresh/Experienced
- Ensure that customers get a great customer experience on their visits
- Achieve or exceed all individual assigned monthly targets
- Actively maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
- Achieve all Retail KPI’s (UPT, AUSP & Conversion)
- Comply with all register transactions & retail policy
- Build a sustainable relationship with customers for a repeat sale
- Ensure pleasant conversions with customers and that their needs are served
Requirement: Good Communication Skills
