Restaurant Manager shall be responsible for following
1. Assist Director in building, protecting and for continuous improvement by satisfying operational requirements.
2. Manage the implementation and adherence to the Organizations quality policy in all aspects of operations & review the progress in terms of assignments & achievements of objectives. Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels & profitability.
3. Should report to Director on the performance of the organizational Operational System & assist in the development of departments. Plan & coordinate menu's.
4. Responsible to resolve customer complaints and taking appropriate action to solve the problem.
5. Provide trainings to employees. Organize and supervise shifts. Appraise staff’s performance and provide feedback to keep them productive
6. Ensures correct operation, stock levels and balancing of cash register & daily reporting
7. Responsible for overall day to day Restaurant Operations.
8. Monitor daily procurement and inventory levels.
9. Maintaining high standards of morale, hygiene, and health & safety.
