Role and Responsibilities

Finance Manager job description include, but not be limited to:

Meet all corporate and statutory reporting requirements
Timely and accurate month end close within agreed deadlines
Ensure complete, accurate and timely processing of all transactions
Ensure all balance sheet accounts controlled and reconciled
Ensure profit and loss accounts are a true representation of company performance
Ensure all statutory finance and tax requirements are met
Prepare year-end financial statements
Ensure clean annual audit opinion
Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
Predicting future financial trends
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
Analyzing market trends and competitors
Develop and manage budgetary control system and processes
Preparation of monthly management finance reports
Manage capital investment analysis
Ad hoc financial analysis as required
Ensure company financial systems and processes are robust, compliant and support both current activities and future growth plans
End to end cash management responsibility including AP, AR, payroll, and 3rd party payments

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Qualified CIMA or ACCA accountant.

Preferred Skills/Experience

8+ Years Experience
Hand-on experience on QuickBooks
Hands-on Experience on SAP
Self-starter and Team player
Responsive to the needs of both internal and external customers.
Leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Command over Microsoft Office
Experienced team manager
Excellent Accounting Systems knowledge
