A well reputed growing cosmetics company is looking for Zonal Sales Manager (Karachi). The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Distributors hiring and management across the zone;
Management of Sales Team across the zone;
Manage primary and secondary sales SKU wise across the zone;
Effectively executing marketing campaigns to enhance company’s image in market;
Efficiently leading all sales activities in the zone to achieve SKU wise primary and secondary sales;
Successfully supervising;
Ensure business growth on quarterly basis. Also ensure and manage annual targets of the company;
Expertly delivering training to team;
Responsible to manage sales turnover;
Resourcefully developing relationship with all distributors and key zone’s customers;
Cordially coordinating with trade marketing team;
Capably managing ROI management of main distributors; looking after budget management, planning, BTL activities and effectively reporting.
