We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in design and growth hacking to develop, implement, track and optimise digital marketing campaigns.
Working with clients based in multiple business sectors across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada, you will be required to convert their individual business requirements into cost effective and innovative digital marketing proposals.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional digital marketing qualifications, combined with a proven track record of success.
Working at a senior level position, you will produce campaigns in collaboration with our in-house designers, developers and project managers whilst handling client relationships yourself. You will report directly to the CEO.
This is in an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and develop in an expanding, internationally acclaimed offshore technology company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Convert clients’ business needs into highly effective digital marketing strategies and hacks
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROIs and KPIs)
Present our company to new clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate digital services
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

High achieving educational background
At least 3yrs’ experience in building and executing digital marketing strategies
Solid knowledge of website analytics (eg Google Analytics
A clear understanding of the importance of design and UI/UX in bespoke software development projects
A keen eye for detail
Excellent client facing skills including good writing abilities.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and constraints
A demonstrable strong work ethic and strong team player capabilities
