We require Call Center Executives for International Business Development for our U.S based Business operations.
Person Specification:
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently in order to communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear, straightforward and professional manner
• Problem solver with effective persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong working knowledge of services such as Logistics
• Ability to overcome objections
• Ability to demonstrate a record of success in your sales career to date
• Customer Service / Telephone sales experience
• Professional Email correspondence etiquette
• Tech Literacy to be able to make calls using a Soft phone and Use a CRM
Job Description:
• Make Phone calls to prospective customers and share information about our company to develop a business relationship with Businesses
• Conduct research to find prospective clients
• Manage end to end process to convert leads into sales
Remuneration:
• Salary – 30,000 to 50,000
• Commissions and Bonuses
