Support department with day to day IT support;
Assist IT Officer in the installation of all IT equipment;
Maintenance and updating of all IT equipment and software;
Keeping IT Officer informed of any issue arising with IT equipment within EOC
Assist IT Officer in preparation of budget for maintenance of IT & Equipment;
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot workstation software and networking software products;
Troubleshooting network connection issues;
Report to IT Officer as defined in the SOPs;
Perform any other duties, assigned by IT Officer/Office & Facilities Manager.
