Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales in line with company targets.
Identify and engage potential clients, building relationships to understand their real estate needs and requirements.
Conduct property tours and presentations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of properties to prospective buyers.
Utilize strong negotiation skills to finalize sales, ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance property visibility and attract buyers.
Stay updated on the real estate market trends and local developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Train and mentor the two-member sales team, offering guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Monitor team performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and recognizing accomplishments to motivate team members.
Prepare sales reports and deliver presentations to management on sales performance and market conditions.
Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads and establish a presence within the real estate community.
