Job Summary:
We are looking for Technical Recruiter who has extensive experience of technical hiring and recruitment in software development / IT field. He must have the capability to increase the influx of quality candidates during the hiring process and be able to manage the applicants in their selection process through application tracking systems. The person must be proficient in managing the human resource of the company and be able to handle complete employee life cycle. He/She must be self driven and passionate about HRM.
Skills
- Technical recruitment (specifically IT recruitment)-Proficient job posting and advertisements on various job posting platforms
- Experience and understanding of Linkedin
- Experience in headhunting
- Experience with application tracking systems and hiring automation systems
- Thorough understanding of human resource development principles
- Handling talent acquisition
- Maintain management by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary issues, grievances, absence and redundancy
Education:
BS in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience in Technical Recruitment in software development industry
