A Pakistan based kids-wear brand with a over 30 outlets is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager.
• Create, run and manage paid marketing campaigns on Facebook
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic and the conversion rate
• Improve the design, traffic, and content of the website and social media outlets
• Create campaigns to target new customers/cold audiences and to retarget warm audiences
• Regularly monitor the progress of marketing campaigns
• Produce Marketing Reports for management
• Overlook graphics for our social media profiles, our websites, and physical store advertising – work with Graphic Designer & Photographer
•Create and manage engaging posts and PR Campaigns on all social media outlets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads, with a close eye on ROI.
• Design and maintain a marketing database for email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns through tracking and analysis to shape future decision making.
Skills Required:
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Facebook Ads, SEM, SEO, Google Ads.
• Excellent communication skill in English language
• Excellent content writing skills
• Creative Mindset to give direction to Graphic Designer & Photographer for content
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Great strategic thinking skills
• Ability to identify long term trends in data
