Managing HSE at cooperate level and providing leadership to factory HSE team.
Promoting and ensuring compliance to all relevant HSE and IMS regulations, policies and standards in Group.
Institutionalization of HSE best practices.
Reviewing and updating Emergency response plans and EHS system.
Conducting HSE audits, risk assessments and incident investigations. Implementing and monitoring incident reporting system.
Developing training programs and providing training to employees on HSE & IMS. Also keep training records.
Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure their compliance with company Safety regulations and standards.
Coordinating with government agencies and regulatory authorities for compliance with legal requirements. Able to submit IEE/ EIA reports to government bodies.
Must have sound knowledge of International standards like ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and different textile Brand COC/ sustainability requirements like ZARA, Inditex, EcoVadis, DeCathalon, Wallmart, IKEA etc.
Must have experience of establishing and implementing different policies and procedure related to HSE, NEQS, Environmental indicators Emission to Air, Water use, wastewater/ Effluent, Waste management, Energy use, Ozone and carbon Footprint.
