We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Campus Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our campus. The Campus Manager will be responsible for overseeing academic coordination, student services, faculty management, administrative operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments to achieve institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all campus operations including academics, administration, facilities, and student affairs.
Lead and support faculty and staff performance, training, and development.
Monitor student enrollment, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and quality assurance requirements.
Handle student and parent queries, concerns, and grievances.
Collaborate with the marketing team to increase admissions and promote campus visibility.
Manage campus budgets, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently.
Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and co-curricular events.
Prepare and present reports on campus performance to senior management.
Enforce discipline, policies, and institutional code of conduct across the campus.
